The Stuffy Collective was born out of a simple idea - create something truly unique for kids and families in New Jersey. After months of exploring different party concepts, Casey and Maggie discovered the stuffed animal building experience and knew it was something special. Something hands-on, heartfelt, and unlike anything else they had seen in the area - from this, The Stuffy Collective was born.

As a mom of twin boys, Maggie knows better than anyone that the best parties aren’t just fun in the moment - they’re the ones kids talk about for weeks. She brings that same energy, patience, and genuine love for childhood magic to every Stuffy Collective event.
Casey
Casey is the heart and energy behind every Stuffy Collective event. As a dedicated stay-at-home mom, she knows firsthand what makes a party truly memorable for kids - and she brings that same warmth and enthusiasm to every celebration she’s part of.

We use only child-safe materials, arrive fully prepared, and treat every celebration like it’s our own child’s party. Every kid who walks through our setup leaves with something they’ve made themselves, something they’re proud of, and a new bestie they’ll have long after the party ends. That’s our promise to you and your family.

Stuffed animals aren’t just toys - they’re companions, comfort, and a little piece of childhood that kids carry with them for years. What makes the stuffed animal building experience special is that your child doesn’t just receive a stuffy - they create one. They choose it, stuff it, and love it into existence. That sense of ownership and pride is something no gift bag or party favor can replicate. Long after the cake is eaten and the balloons deflate, their stuffy will still be on their bed, in their backpack, and in their heart.

Here’s what happens when The Stuffy Collective comes to you - we set up our stuffing station right at your venue, home, or event space. Each child picks their stuffy, fills it with fluff, and gives it all the love it deserves. From start to finish, we guide every kid through the process making sure it’s fun, age appropriate, and stress-free for parents too. When it’s all done, each child walks away with their new bestie tucked safely in their very own carry-home bag - ready for their next adventure together.

We recommend booking as soon as you are ready to ensure your date is available and you get the exact stuffies you want.

To reserve your date, complete the form below to book your event or email us at events@thestuffycollective.com. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date once confirmed available.

We completely understand that life with kids is unpredictable - plans change, illnesses happen, and sometimes things just don’t go as expected. We always do our best to work with our families.
Here’s how we handle changes:
Need to reschedule? We offer one complementary reschedule with at least 14-days’ notice. We know sometimes dates just need to move and we want to make it as easy as possible to find a new one.
Cancelling 14 or more days out? Your deposit can be applied as a credit toward a future booking.
Cancelling within 14-days of your event? Unfortunately, for cancellations made fewer than 14 days before your event, we are unable to offer a refund or future credit as supplies and scheduling have already been committed to your date. However, no remaining balance will be due.
If we ever need to cancel on our end for any reason, you will receive a full refund including your deposit - no questions asked.

We proudly serve the Jersey Shore, Central and South Jersey including areas from the Atlantic Highlands down to the Atlantic City region and west toward the Philadelphia suburbs. If you’re somewhere in between, chances are we can get to you!
For events within 35 miles from our base in Ocean County there is no travel fee. A small travel fee will be applied to bookings that are beyond this radius.
Not sure if you’re in our coverage area or want to know your travel fee upfront? Just mention your location in your inquiry form and we’ll include it in your custom quote - no surprises.

The short answer - just about everyone! While our experience is incredibly popular for younger children, the fun doesn’t stop there.
Older kids, tweens, and adults have all fallen in love with the creativity and hands-on fun of building their own stuffy - making this a perfect activity for baby showers or gender reveals, birthday celebrations, or corporate team building events.
If you can stuff it, you can love it - and that’s pretty much any age.

Absolutely! We want every child at your event to feel included. If your guest list exceeds the limit of your chosen package, just let us know when you submit your inquiry and we’ll put together a custom quote based on your total headcount.

To keep the experience consistent and magical for every child, we typically recommend choosing one size for your event. That said, we understand every party is unique - if mixing sizes is important to you just mention it in your inquiry and we’ll do our best to accommodate as a custom request. Additional pricing may apply.

The safety of every child at our events is a top priority. All of our animals and stuffing materials are child safe and meet standard safety requirements. Our stuffing is made from high quality hypoallergenic poly-fill fiber, making it soft, safe, and suitable for even our littlest guests.
If your child has any specific sensitivities or allergies, please don’t hesitate to mention it in your inquiry so we can do everything we can to ensure a safe and worry-free experience for your family.
